Public Offer for Event Services

Offer Details:
VI Production FZE LLC hereinafter referred to as "the Company," (brand name The Dome) is delighted to extend this public offer for event services to all interested individuals, ensuring compliance with the regulations of the United Arab Emirates and providing transparent terms and conditions for consumers peace of mind.

1. Offered Services:
- Art Lectures
- Travelling event within UAE
- Travelling event outside UAE

2. Event obligations:
The Company is obligated to conduct the specified event at the designated location and time as advertised. The event will cover the announced topic to provide participants with valuable insights and experiences.

3. Cancellation Policy:
a. Art Lectures
- If a consumer decides to cancel their participation in the art lecture before four (4) full days prior to the event date, the Company will reimburse the money in full amount to the consumer, minus bank fees incurred.
-If a consumer decides to cancel their participation in the art lecture after four (4) full days before the event date and successfully finds a replacement to take their spot, the consumer will be reimbursed the full amount, minus any bank fees incurred.
-If a consumer decides to cancel their participation in the art lecture before two (2) full days prior to the event date, the Company will reimburse 50% of the paid amount to the consumer, minus bank fees incurred.
-In the case of a no-show by the consumer, the full amount paid will be retained by the Company.


b. Travelling event within UAE
-If a consumer decides to cancel their participation in the travelling event within UAE before four (4) full days prior to the event date, the Company will reimburse the money in full amount to the consumer, minus bank fees incurred.
-If a consumer decides to cancel their participation in the travelling event within UAE after four (4) full days before the event date and successfully finds a replacement to take their spot, the consumer will be reimbursed the full trip amount, minus any bank fees incurred.
-If a consumer decides to cancel their participation in the travelling event within UAE 24 hours prior to the event, the full amount paid will be retained by the Company.
-In the case of a no-show by the consumer, the full amount paid will be retained by the Company.

c. Travelling outside UAE
- If a consumer decides to cancel their participation in the travelling event outside UAE before four (4) full days prior to the event date, the Company will reimburse the money in full amount to the consumer, minus bank fees incurred.
- If a consumer decides to cancel their participation in the travelling event after four (4) full days prior to the event date, the full amount paid will be retained by the Company.
- In the case of a no-show by the consumer, the full amount paid will be retained by the Company.

d. Cancellation by the Company
In the event of cancellation by the Company, the consumer shall be entitled to full reimbursement of all associated costs, including any bank fees incurred, and shall be offered an alternative event as restitution.

3. Late Arrival Policy:
In adherence to our commitment to punctuality and seamless travel experiences, in the event of a consumer being late for departure, the Company will not delay the departure. It is the responsibility of the consumer to ensure timely arrival at the designated departure point.

4. Booking Procedure:
To avail of this offer, interested individuals must secure their spots by transferring the full amount to the company's designated account.

5. Offer Validity Period:
This offer is valid from 1.10.2023 to 31.12.2024, subject to availability.

6. Governing Law:
This public offer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

7. Terms and Conditions:
All customers availing of this offer are required to adhere to the terms and conditions set forth by the Company.

8. Reservation of Rights:
The Company reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
By purchasing tickets to any event of the Company, customer accepts this public offer.
By availing of this public offer, customers acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
This public offer is subject to availability on the website of the company and may be presented to the consumer upon request. Availability is contingent upon the current status as displayed on the company's official website.
